  • Shipping & Delivery
  • We stock all inventory, unless otherwise noted for each product. This allows us to pack and ship to you without delay. If there is a delay you will be notified immediately.

    You have several shipping options to chose from.

    UPS Ground 7 Day is typically the most economical for heavier shipments and the delivery time depends on where you live. Here is a UPS Ground Shipping Map with an estimate of how long your order will take to be delivered if you choose UPS Ground.

    The US Postal Service tends to be less expensive for light shipments, like DVDs or 1-2 Liners. They offer a great flat rate service for small packages. The delivery time on those shipments are 2-3 Days.

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Waterbirth Solutions is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.


  • Return Policy
  • Our products are guaranteed to be satisfactory upon receipt. Please review your order when you receive it and let us know immediately if there are any issues.

    We recommend you set-up your birth pool when you first receive it to ensure it is working properly. We recommend (La Bassine requires) you set it up within the first 48 hours. In the unlikely event of a manufacturer's defect, please contact us promptly via info@waterbirthsolutions.com or at (877) 811-0238, so we can replace the pool immediately.

    Please ensure there is enough shipping time before your due date. We are not responsible if you place an order, receive it when we've guaranteed, and you're unable to use it.

    Birth is an uncontrollable event and we'd like to provide for some flexibility. If you receive your order but are unable to use it for medical reasons and it is completely unopened (still sealed), we will give you a refund less 10% re-stocking fee, once you ship the order back to us. The cost of shipping is your responsibility.

    If you order a pool and change your mind once you've received it, we will give you an in-store credit to purchase the pool you desire. Unfortunately, only unopened pools can be returned.
